Privacy and cookies
Last updated: 19 August 2026
This page explains what the xtracopy.com website does with your data. Online orders go through our shop xtra-easy.com, which has its own policy.
1. Who processes your data
Xtra Copy, Rue de l'Yser 11, 7500 Tournai, Belgium, VAT BE 0700.366.625. For any question about your data: administration@xtracopy.com.
2. Audience measurement cookies
We use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and measure how well our ads perform. These cookies are for measurement and advertising, not to identify you personally.
Nothing is stored until you accept. On your first visit, Google's four permissions start as "denied" and the banner asks you the question. Declining takes nothing away from the site: everything stays available.

3. Third-party content
- Google Maps: the map on the home page is displayed by Google, which receives your IP address at that moment.
- Google Fonts: the site's fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which also receives your IP address.
These services are governed by Google's privacy policy. We pass them no information about you.
4. The automated assistant
The site offers a conversational assistant. It is artificial intelligence, not a person, and it says so as soon as you open it. Your messages go to our server and then to the model that writes the answer (Anthropic). They are used neither for advertising nor to train a model.
The conversation stays in your browser tab and disappears when you close it. As with any online assistant, avoid typing sensitive data or a card number: call us or drop by the shop instead.
5. When you write or call us
The site has no form: the links open your mail program or your phone. What you send us is used to handle your request and nothing else. We keep exchanges as long as follow-up requires, then legal accounting periods take over for the documents concerned (ten years).
6. Your rights
The GDPR gives you the right to request:
- access to your data and a copy of it;
- correction of anything inaccurate;
- erasure, except what the law requires us to keep;
- objection to a processing, including withdrawing your cookie consent;
- portability of your data in a readable format.
Write to administration@xtracopy.com. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (dataprotectionauthority.be).
